Items Eligible for Return

  • Within 5 days of delivery.
  • Must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging.
  • Send photos to support claims for damaged/wrong items.

Items Not Returnable

  • Clearance or sale items.
  • Lingerie, bodysuits, or items marked final sale.
  • Custom-made or altered items.

How to Return

  • Contact us on whatsapp: +233 59 778 6262 or email: support@damsyn.com with your order number and reason for the return. Include photos of proof.
  • Our team will guide you through return pickup or drop-off.
  • Once received and inspected, we will notify you.

Exchange & Refunds

  • Exchanges are accepted for sizing issues, subject to stock availability.
  • Refunds are processed via your original payment method.
  • Refunds will take 3–7 business days for processing.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • Report within 48 hours of receiving the order with clear photos.
  • We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
