Shipping Policy

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Time

• Accra/Tema: within 48hrs of order receipt.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive SMS or updates via +233 59 778 6262 on whatsapp or email logistics@damsyn.com with your delivery status once your order is sent out for delivery. You can also track orders from the app under “My Orders”.

Missed Deliveries

• If delivery fails due to incorrect address or inability to contact you, redelivery may incur an extra charge.
• We’re not responsible for delays caused by wrong addresses or unavailability.

International Orders

• We currently do not deliver outside Accra or the country as a whole.
